My daughter has been gifted an iphone 8 that was previously on ID number ive been told, she is on a giff gaff sim which i think also runs off O2 network. phone will not recognise her sim, so im presuming its network locked to ID. is there a way for me to get this phone to work with her giffgaff sim. we dont know the ID previous details as previous have moved to iphone 11 with new number and contract?
