OK - I am really struggling with this as a customer service route, but here we go. I am ew to ID mobile, but I kept my old number.
1- When I send text messages, they tell me that they are undelivered, but the recipients actually receive the same message 3 times.
2 - With iMessage, the messages I send are coming up as being sent from a different telephone number to mine.Â
I have been patient thinking it will sort itself out - but it has not.
