Hi I have issues paying my bill

 

I reached out to your chat, they have given me the following number to contact 0113 297 7530 but I can’t get through.

 

Please advise.

Select from one of the following options: 

Option 1
Check your allowances, check your spend limit and check your unbilled charges


Option 2
Hear your balance, make a payment

I spoke to one of your colleagues via chat and they advised the account had been sent to a DCA.

 

so what do I do?

Hi @Rhea123 

This would mean your balance has been sent to a 3rd party debt collections team. However, if you call 7777 from your iD phone or 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile and select option 2 to make the payment, the DCA will be removed.
