I hear keypad sounds during calls and am worried as debit card details were hacked in April and wonder if linked. Been going on since April. Any advice? Thanks

Hi there
Have you been able to test if this is happening with multiple different people you’ve called? or have you only noticed this with one person you call quite often? Are you 100% you’re not accidentally pressing on anything with your hand whilst holding the phone to your head?
If someone somewhere managed to hack your bank details in some way this likely wouldn’t be related to sounds being heard when making calls.
Are you able to try your iD Mobile SIM in another phone and see if the same problems happen there?
