Message send failure
I have an I phone 5s and I can send messages to all my contacts but 1 person. This is the person I text most on my phone. They have an iPhone 6. I have checked my blocked callers and so have they. Any advice or information on what I should do? Iv also tried turning on and off my phone and my contract doesnt show any probelms or information

That's odd indeed.
I wouldn't see it as a network issue since you can text other numbers.
Is it possible he's accidentally blocked your number?
What error are you getting when you send the message?
Are you able to attach any screenshots (you can blur out the name and any personal info)
