Have just joined ID mobile and have send in my PAC to have my old network number transferred over. However I have just received a text saying there “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue- the id mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact customer services”
Can’t get an answer from the live chat so any help on what to do would be much appreciated.
