Need Help - Formal Complaint

Complaints department haven’t got back to me.  I have been charged twice for the upfront payment for my upgrade, and was told someone would get back to me within 3 days.  I have been going round and round in circles on live chats, and this needs to be sorted out asap.  On top of this, I can no longer send/receive texts.

Can somebody help me please.

We are sorry to hear this. There was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused the SMS issue. This has been resolved now so you should be able to send/receive text messages.

In regards to you being charged twice for the upfront cost, we will send you a private Message so we can look into this for you.
