Need to amend order. Cant get hold of anyone!

How do you get in touch with anyone in this company?!
Terrible start to welcome a potential customer!

I tried placing an order online. It went through.

I then got an email to stay the phone I ordered was out of stock, with no time scale as to when it would be back. Not even on the website as you said it would be.

So I wanted to do the live chat to change the colour to one which is in stock. Live chat is closed!!!! CLOSED at 10am on a Tuesday?!

I then receive an email from IDmobile saying there’s been a problem with my order. (Which is that my bank blocked the initial upfront payment as it thought it was fraud). It says someone will contact me to resolve this, but of course NO ONE has. 
 

How to put someone off being a customer!

please someone reply or call me ASAP.
