New SIM card

I have upgraded my plan from one SIM only plan to another SIM only plan. My mobile app states I am on the new plan. I have now received a new SIM card, I assume I can ignore it as the new plan is already in place. I also assume this is standard operating procedure for ID despite being unnecessarily confusing and concerning to customers!

Apologies for the late reply. When upgrading, we do send out another sim card. You can choose to use the new sim card or use your existing sim card. Just dispose of the sim you will not use.
