No service when out of the house

Hi, my phone works in my house so when connected to wifi but once I’m out it says no service and won’t let me take or receive messages or make phone calls until back home. Looking at my phone it says my carrier is WIFI call so how do I connect to 4G when out or make phone calls?

Hi Aklima

it’s an IPhone SE . I Think the problem might be it’s on ID Wi-Fi Call and so only works within WiFi range I can’t seem to find an option to turn it off. Any help would be hugely appreciated!
