I initiated the number transfer on Sunday (yes I realise that’s not a working day but is definitely before Monday 5.30pm...). As of Wednesday the number still hasn’t ported - I’m missing calls - how do I progress this?
P.S. just bringing a second phone to the network is it correct that I need to use two separate emails and can’t have both contracts in the ID mobile app? This seems to have been rumbling on for years reading comments here.
