Hello. I ordered an iphone7 16th December. Order#blanked. I was disappointed that it was not in stock but was told “don’t worry – we’re expecting it shortly, so it should be with you soon.” That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything since. Please complete this order ASAP as I have cancelled my other ID Mobile phone blanked with 30 days notice and don’t want to be in a position where I am without a phone. I am currently suffering from Covid-19 and could do without this hassle.
