Please help
I entered my PAC code last week Wednesday march 24th 2021 after 5pm or 6pm, in order to keep my original number from my previous provider (as I have just switched to ID) - but it is still not done and it asks me to do the following:
Switching request has already processed for this MSISDN. Please contact customer service for details.
Please could you resolve this
