phone calls cant be recieved

I transferred my number to my new phone but now I can’t receive calls or texts - I can however call other people. I can only receive calls and texts from my boyfriend who is in three network - I need help urgently as I can’t get through to anyone on the live chat or on Twitter. I was able to receive calls before my number was transferred
