Hello. I need to return my phone as it appears faulty. The website only tells me how to cancel my plan, which I don't want to do. I just want a phone that works.

The screen vibrates when in use. The keyboard disappears when I'm typing. The sound buttons don't always respond. The night mode on camera doesn't work.

It's a Huawei P30 Lite and I bought it on Dec 24th, delivered to me on Dec 29th.
