When receiving and making calls my phone isn’t making or receiving any sound.
The person I am calling will see that I am calling them, and when they connect cannot hear anything from me and I can’t hear them. The same thing happens the other way around.
I can make calls over WhatsApp but this is not ideal.
Could you please advise?

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Have you tried restarting your phone to see if this helps the issue? Please can you also check if your phone Software is up to date?
