Pin Number

I have just put in my new ID sim into my phone and it tells me to enter a pin number, but where do I get this pin number, it did't come with the sim.

Did you purchase your phone from ID Mobile as well?
It might be the issue that phone is locked to a different provider and is asking you for unlock code which you could get if you contact your previous provider.
ID Sim cards comes without pin code as default.

Phone was locked to ee. Contacted ee and for less than £10 they unlocked it and thereafter all went smoothly. Thanks for replying. Now connected to I'd
