I recently ported my old number onto my new id mobile sim but when I call or text other people it comes up as my new number sometimes and my old one other times. Also it says it’s been completed on the app but my old company have not given me a final bill (which was supposed to happen after giving my pac code). I don’t want to be charged for multiple Sims pls help

As you made the post in the iOS thread, I take it this is an iPhone?
If so, try the following:
1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.
4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”.
In regards to your final bill, you'll need to speak to your new network as they’re the ones who can advise on this not us.
