I tried to port my number from 3 to id today
I tried several times both on the website and on the app. Kept getting told it was theĀ wrong number or PAC. Neither were wrong
Has it been accepted?
Cant see anywhere on the app or website which shows status. Just keeps asking me for the same PAC and phone number (then telling me its wrong!)
Whats going on? Is it going to be ported? Should I have received a message to state its happening? Theres certainly no indication on My AccountĀ
Really dont have the time to spend an afternoon on hold waiting for customer services
