I have always been with O2 and when my upgrade was due I change to iD with the new iPhone 12 pro max in Dec 2020 I’m having nothing but issues -
i’m not receiving calls
Messages won’t go
it takes around 20/25 seconds for a call to connect when I call someone
I have to say i’m super disappointed I cant got on another 22 months like this i’m Paying good money for a service which is awful. Can anyone please help me.
i’ve tried All the iPhone help pages and checking the phone has the correct settings etc… if anyone has any advice or help i’d Be grareful.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been facing.
I can see there is an unplanned outage within your postal area, impacting 4G.
Please could you try switching to 3G to see if your service improves at all?
Also please enable WiFi calling this will help.
