replacement sim activated but not working

I have activated my replacement sim by entering the code provided by yourselves (2 days ago) but it is not working. I have no signal and unable to make calls etc.

 

I have tried to work through the troubleshooting advice and nothing has worked

 

can you please contact me ASAP to sort this out?
