i returned my phone last week, have not had any email to say it been returned, only when i went on live chat did they say they have it back.
but they havent said how i will get my up front refund back,
one person said to contact carphone, carphone said it isnt anything to do with them.
another person said cheque, but hasnt it just been refunded back to the payment card used to buy the phone?
also upon ringing the auto number to check how much my bill was was the few days the line was active it tells me my bill is over a £10.00 when the sim wasnt used,
how can i get this looked into asap ??
