sIM activation issue

Have received upgrade phone and sim today. Sim inserted in phone. Have used online form to ask for sim activation.chose email option for code as old phone not working so cannot receive text. No email received (checked junk) and getting message saying there is an issue and to contact iD

Hi @Paulafh,

When upgrading, your old SIM card should work fine until the new one has been activated within your account. Is your old SIM card no longer working?
