I received my new phone yesterday and submitted to keep my number with a PAC code straight away. I’ve put the sim into my phone and the only way it fits in is with the gold chip part face down which to me is the wrong way as everyone ive spoken to that are on this network have said that their sim is with the gold chip facing down. With it in this way, it’s saying that no sim is inserted and now I’m unsure what I can do?

Please can you advise which phone it is you are using? Usually, with any phone, the sim tray will show you which was the sim needs to be entered in. The Gold contacts are usually faced down when entering the sim.
