SIM Card not working

Hi,

Have purchased a new phone and SIM. SIM is registered however when I put it in new phone it cant pick up the SIM. SIM is in the right place, have tried turning off and on, checked coverage, put into airplane mode, cleaned it and tried the SIM in my old phone which doesn’t recognise either. I have submitted my PAC to get my old number to replace it do I need to wait until that is done?

It has been a few days since you posted, do you still require help with your SIM card?

If yes please can you confirm if you have purchased your phone from iD Mobile with your new SIM card?
