My iPhone 6s has suddenly stopped recognising the SIM card this morning. All I get is NO SIM displayed in the top left.
I can't get anyone on live chat and can’t call. What do I do?

Have you been able to test the iD SIM in another handset to see if all is fine with the SIM there?
If the SIM is working but the phone is not, then you may need to look into having the phone repaired in any such case.
iPhones would come with a 1-year warranty from Apple, though outside of the warranty period any repair work would come with a cost unless you are covered under any insurance.
