Hi.I received my phone and the sim card doesn’t work, So i can’t register as i don’t know the number. I never received the welcome email. I checked everywhere, nothing. I need it sorted as soon as possible

When you place your SIM card into your phone, are there any error messages?
Please can you confirm if the iD Mobile symbol is showing once your SIM card has been placed into your phone?
The mobile number for your SIM card will be displayed on the invoice, which should have arrived with your order.
