Is this a new sim card you have received? Have you tried activating the sim card? You can do this through the iD Mobile App or My Account online by:
Once you click 'Activate your SIM', the new SIM will be activated within a few hours.

I’ve had it more than 2 years. I don’t know why it’s not working.
