Hi my sim/number doesn’t seem to 

work, I tried putting my sim in another phone and it’s still saying no service. Can I get this issue resolved?

Hi my id mobile number is not working and I put my sim in another phone and it’s saying no service. Can you guys look into it please? Can I send a private chat so I can give you my number? Thanks

Hi @Aaldn 

Is this a new sim card you have received? Have you tried activating the sim card? You can do this through the iD Mobile App or My Account online by:

  • Logging in to the app or online account. 
  •  Going to the 'My Services' page 
  • Clicking 'Activate my SIM'
  • Scanning your SIM card barcode or entering the 19-digit number printed on the SIM cardholder*

Once you click 'Activate your SIM', the new SIM will be activated within a few hours.

I’ve had it more than 2 years. I don’t know why it’s not working.

Could it be a technical issue where I have to give you my number so you guys can look into it?
