Hi. I’m currently on an ID sim only and have just bought a new phone from car phone warehouse on a contract. My question is how do I keep my number. Thanks

If you have bought a new contract on iD then you can not transfer your old number across as we do not do internal migrations. If you are looking to keep the same number then you will need to cancel your new contract and take out an upgrade deal.
