I really need someone to sort the issue out on my phone.
I need my phone to work, I am a primary school teacher and rely solely on my phone to make phone calls to vulnerable families Mon-Fri.
I have recently posted about my internet dropping, slow speed and not connecting. The last 48 hours my calls have been dropping/ loosing connection.
When connecting to my home wifi, again slow connection/ drops out.
My phone is less than a year old, it has been updated with the latest software; I have tried the aeroplane mode several times, I have turned my phone on and off.
This morning I sent a private message of my post code for somebody to check the coverage.
I’m hoping somebody can get back to me ASAP, ideally before work on Monday morning.
