SMS is not working after joining iD Mobile - (iPhone SE 2020)

Hello I just cihanged to idmobile and I can receive sms but cannot send. It always returns failed delivery. I have an iPhone se 2020, not sure if it has anything to do with it. I cannot seem to contact idmobile due to covid, could anybody help please? :(

Hi @Katewci,

I am sorry to hear that! Due to it being an iPhone, the iMessage settings may need refreshing. Please can you give the below steps a try for me?

1)    Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2)    Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3)    Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct. 
4)    If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5)    Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6)    Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”.
