Please can I speak to ahuman in order to cncel my contract as this is the WORST experience I have ever experienced. It should not be this hard to cancel as well as getting stuck in constant loops of texts to say that i have £0 to pay to cancel my contract. The live chat is horrendous and please can a human being contact me to cancel my contract.
My reason for leaving is the shockingly bad coverage ID mobile provides.
