Text messages won’t send despite having tried turning my iPhone 11 on and off, resetting networks, cleaning and taking out my SIM card, turning my phone in airplane mode etc etc. My brother’s iPhone 11also with ID mobile is experiencing the same problems.

I’m also having the same issue today, I cant send any texts but could during the week. Im using a Samsung A71 and likewise I have restarted the phone and tried with wifi on and off, I have good 4G signal .. Is there a service issue?

We are sorry to hear this. There was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused the SMS issue. This has been resolved now so you should be able to send/receive text messages. Feel free to message us if you are still unable to send/receive SMS.
