Hello,

 

I would like to unlock my phone, but I cannot find a way of contacting iD without calling. The live chat functionality has not been displaying for me. Can you please get in touch with me to advise on how I can do this?

Hello @amy123,

Handsets sold by iD Mobile should already be unlocked to any UK network.

Have you tried a UK SIM in the device to confirm it’s not already unlocked?

If you’re still having issues after using a UK SIM in the device, let us know.
