Hi, I have an iPhone 5s that was on ID network but the number has been ported to a new phone on Vodafone. I want to unlock the old iPhone and have contact ID to get this done. I received an acknowledgement email about 10 days ago but it is still locked. How long does this normally take?

Hi Martinsimpson, have you tried another network SIM in the phone to discover it's still locked? On occasion you made need to restore the phone with iTunes to complete the unlock.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I have tried 3 different valid sims (2 from O2 and 1 from Vodafone) and in each occasion an invalid sim error is given.
