I want to use my daughter’s old iPhone 5s but need ID to unlock it. Says use live chat but not coming up on linked contact page! Can’t phone them but need this as my phone has broken and I need a phone urgently!

Hi,  I’m in the same position - I’d like to get my iPhone 5s unlocked.  It’s locked to the id network.  Please help, I’ve tried live chat but it doesn’t help.
