I would like my old phone unlocked please. Its locked to you and I was the purchaser.

Please can you confirm the make and model of the iPhone you would like us to unlock? Just to advise, all iPhones we have sold after 2017 are unlocked to all UK networks. Did you purchase the phone prior to 2017?
