I have currently upgraded with you and now have the samsung S9.
I am wondering if my old handset (iPhone 7) can be unlocked.

Hi @Sarahbeth1991,

Have you tested another SIM card inside the phone to see if this is locked? Your phone may already be unlocked you see.
