Unlock phone now outside of Contract

Hi

I have an iPhone SE which has just finished the contracted. I've upgraded to a SIM only deal and would now like the phone unlocked so another family member can use it on another network.

Please can you give me details of how to get it unlocked (online chat is not available, can't see an FAQ on this and unable to call 7777 at the moment as I'm at work).

Thanks. I was able to chat online late yesterday and with the IMEI number they were able to raise a request with the tech team to unlock within 48 hours.
