Unlocking Id carrier to any network
I have just purchased an iPhone 5s off of Facebook which was believed to be unlocked, unfortunately for me it is locked by id so I can only use id sim. Can you please unlock for me

We'd need the account holder who the phone was purchased by to contact us and we can get the handset unlocked usually.
If you've purchased it from a third party user, we can take a look at unlocking it but you'll need to have an iD account/SIM registered in your name for us to raise this request.
There are certain requirements for unlocking a handset, such as being on our network for 6 months on your name so I can't guarantee that this will work.
The easiest way would be for the person you purchased this from to get in touch with us and we'll take a look at unlocking this.
