Hi,

My son was with ID for over 3 years and just recently came out. It appears his phone is still locked to IDMobile. Could you please let me know how do I go about it?

Hi,

Could you please answer this? Could just take few minutes to answer or unlock. Tried to call/message nothing works. It appears this is the only way that we can contact customer support.

Hello @Antony_sam,

iPhones purchased from us should be unlocked to any UK network already.

Have you tried a different network SIM in it?
