unlocking phone

Hi guys, 

I’ve just changed provider from ID mobile to VOXI. I’ve received my new SIM card, however when I insert it, I get the sim the ‘not supported’ message about the activation policy. I’ve sent an email complaint to ID, but how do I send a query email to ID. I’ve assumed my phone is still locked to id mobile. Has anyone else had this problem? I’d usually call the call centre but it’s closed now. What do I do??
