Upgrade but want different plan than offered

I'm eligible for an upgrade but have seen a phone which isn't listed as an upgrade option.

I’m looking to purchase an iPhone SE 5gb, I’m given the option to buy one for £21.99 a month with £9.99 upfront. However if I go through moneysupermarket, I’m able to buy the same phone for £14,99 with £180 upfront (through ID mobile).  Effectively the same overall cost.

If I buy the later, surely I’ll have two contracts?  Can I negotiate my upgrade payment plan payment terms?

Hello @davewrightavfc,

Purchasing via our website/moneysupermarket will be a new contract and the number can’t be kept.

Upgrade handsets are shown via your app/account and you can select one of the deals to keep your number.
