On 12th May, £2300 has been taken from my account.
My bank, Lloyds, thinks that my phone has been hacked and has been asking me to contact my mobile phone network to see if there is any evidence.
Will you please be able to have a look at my account and see if there has been any history of anything on my phone over the last 3 months, please?
