Hi,

On 12th May, £2300 has been taken from my account.

My bank, Lloyds, thinks that my phone has been hacked and has been asking me to contact my mobile phone network to see if there is any evidence.

Will you please be able to have a look at my account and see if there has been any history of anything on my phone over the last 3 months, please?

My customer service pin is xxxx.

Hi @arianbahadori, sorry to hear you’ve been the victim of fraud. Im unsure why your bank have pointed you in our direction though. What sort of evidence are you looking for exactly?

 

Also, I have censored out your PIN, as that information could be used to allow someone to access your account.
