I bought an I phone SE in april 2018 and wish to know if it is insured by ID Mobile

Hi @nodrog,

Welcome to the iD community!

Your iPhone wouldn't be insured (unless you purchased this yourself) however it would be covered by the manufacturers 12-month warranty. Are you having issues with your phone?

Hello @nodrog,

Insurance is something which is purchased separately (if required) by the customer.

For purchases with Carphone Warehouse, the store/agents may offer insurance if this suits your requirements, but there is no obligation to take this out.

At iD Mobile, we don't offer insurance during the purchase process and this is something you would need to look at separately.

However, as @Ryan has advised above, your phone will be covered under a manufacturer warranty.

If you can confirm what the issue is with your phone, we can advise further.
