Have you checked your emails including Junk and Spam to see if their are any updates there?

You should a customer service number in place to reach human beings as your chat robot is rubbish

Is your old number an iD number? If so, then unfortunately, we would be unable to port an existing iD number to a new iD number as we do not support internal migrations. Your only other option would be to cancel the new contract and take out an upgrade deal on the existing iD number.
