Hi I joined ID today. my phone is an iPhone XS Max. updated with he latest software and carrier settings. Wifi calling says activated. but when I have no or little signal it is not working. I have reset network settings. Customer services said I need to speak to my internet provider, which is not the case!
Can anyone from ID help?

Do you get a particular error message when trying to make WiFi calls?
Have you restarted your router at all recently?
Have you managed to see if it works better on other WiFi networks? That would help highlight if your router is causing a problem perhaps.
