wrong email when ordering a phone

Please help me! I put in the wrong email address yesterday 9/1/21 when ordering a 24months phone contract, please help me change this. I cannot register for an id mobile account yet as i have not recieved the phone yet to register with the mobile phone number. I need confirmation of my order sent to the right email address. I also have an order number for proof at time of the order

I have now left a voicemail complaint to 08000492402. If someone could contact me ASAP so I can change my email to the correct one and receive confirmation of my phone contract order. Thank you
