Broken Phone


I am getting in touch on behalf of my dad, he broke his phone last night and can’t remember his log in details so arrange an upgrade. The system wants to send a text message to his phone for confirmation but we do not have access to the sim card at all.  

As far as i’m aware the email he would be registered with is my mums which we have access to but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do a confirmation by email. 

It’s all frustrating him quite a bit as the call centers are not operational and he has seen the rest of the family be able to contact their own providers when issue had arisen last week. 

As far as I am aware he would also be well out of his contract period and is now considering switching to a different provider.
