Can't log in after cancellation

I’ve cancelled my plan last month via the website and have received an email regarding another month’s payment. However I can no longer log onto my account as it say it’s the wrong user name or password despite it being the same username and password I used to cancel the plan?

Hello @Hutchinson4136,

When cancelling your plan, we require 30-days notice so all bills up until cancellation will need to be paid along with the final bill following the disconnection so the bill may be to do with that.

After cancellation, you are still able to log into the account so it’s strange to see it not let you in any longer. We’ll send you a PM to help further.
